May is Mental Health Awareness month. As someone who have struggled with Clinical Depression and Anxiety since I was 19 years old, I know all to well about the the struggles, the fears and the stigmas that comes along with having this disease. I say to you, never be afraid to reach out or to speak to someone you trust about how you are feeling. Never be embarrassed to live in your truth. The more you speak up about the uncomfortable truths of mental health and the invisible illness that it is, the more you are helping to bring awareness.
