Self Care Sunday: We can use body lotions, candles, music, bath salts and many other things to care for ourselves physically; but sometimes we need to sit with ourselves in order to really give ourselves the organic love, care and worthiness we deserve especially when it comes to our emotional health. We do this by digging deep into our own self worth. At times we can neglect our own self worth by rejecting the fact that we may simply need help especially as individuals with invisible disabilities and chronic Illnesses. However, when we take the time to notice, acknowledge and change then we will become adjusted in knowing that we are worthy of the help we may need and that we aren't a burden; this will contribute to our cheerfulness, peacefulness and love that we put out and that we should be giving to ourselves.
